Motivation Monday

Healthy Steps:
My scale showed a slight gain but WWers showed a slight loss.  It could be anything as simple as eating a big meal the night before or bloating so I'm not worried about it.  This week wasn't so great with exercise.  My eating was okay, but not stellar.  I really need to set aside a specific time to work out each day; I'm just having trouble getting up early to knock that out before my son starts his day.  I have been so stiff and sore lately and not just first thing in the morning.  It's getting quite annoying.  Any tips on dealing with stiffness and sore muscles?  My bath soaks aren't helping.
