Healthy Steps:
These last two weeks have been okay. I've been pretty busy {hence not getting last Monday's post up...sorry about that}. I have some exciting news to share with you all but not just yet. When I'm ready I'll post it here, on my journal blog, so if you aren't following and want to know how my day to day life is going you might want to click the follow button to the right. My eating was good this week, but I really need to up the exercise. I just can't seem to get myself to do more than walk and chase the boy around. I really need something I can do for a solid 15-30 minutes each day to get my heart rate up and sustained. That will be my goal this coming week: find an exercise {or two} I enjoy doing that I will do every day.
