I have decided not to track my food this week and instead concentrate on portion control and working out. It is proving to be very hard! I am so used to tracking my food everyday that I really want to at least write down what I ate if not how much of it. My plan was to try and get away from thinking about food all day but I'm not sure it's changed much. I really need to work on getting exercise every day instead of just a large burst of movement on the weekends. My plan is to spend some "me time" at the gym each night and leave my husband and son home to play while I'm out. I just need to find a good time to do that so I don't force dinner to be served at 7pm or miss Little Bit's bedtime routine every night. I need to schedule work outs into my daily routine and find a schedule that works for my family.
Gym Hours:
M-F 5:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Sat 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Sun 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Pool Hours:
Sun & M Closed
T-F 6:15 a.m. to 8 a.m.
11 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. (Lap Swimming Only)
11:45 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. and 4 to 7:30 p.m.
Sat 11:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
